Implementation Timeline
Standard implementation is typically 25 to 30 days depending on project scope, client responsiveness, integration access, testing requirements, and complexity.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, scripts, access credentials, CRM details, calendar access, compliance requirements, customer data, and timely feedback.
Payments
Fees may include setup fees, monthly service fees, annual fees, usage based charges, additional minute packages, and custom implementation fees depending on the selected plan.
Refunds and Guarantees
Any refund, guarantee, or service correction promise is limited to the written terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
AI Limitations
AI systems may make mistakes, misunderstand users, or produce imperfect outputs. Clients are responsible for monitoring results, reviewing performance, and using human oversight where needed.
Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI calling, SMS, email, recordings, customer data, and automations complies with applicable laws, consent requirements, and industry regulations.
Third Party Tools
Zaptron may use third party platforms for calling, CRM, AI, automation, analytics, payment processing, and communication. Zaptron is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third party platforms.
Intellectual Property
Zaptron retains ownership of its internal methods, prompts, workflows, templates, systems, and implementation processes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business data and customer data.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, interfere with functionality, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
